Does Bringmal charge a sales commission?

No. Bringmal does not charge a sales commission on direct orders. You pay a fixed monthly fee as well as the transaction fees of the respective payment provider.

Are there hidden setup fees?

We charge a one-off fee of €39.00 net for the basic setup. Further setup costs only arise if they have been expressly agreed upon in advance.

What are the contract term and notice period?

You decide. With the monthly model, you can cancel your plan monthly at any time. With annual billing, you commit to 12 months but receive a discount of around 20% on the monthly usage fees.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, upgrades to a larger package (e.g. from the reservation package to the combination bundle) are possible at any time with immediate effect. Downgrades can be made flexibly at the end of your current billing cycle.

What hardware do I need for setup?

The Bringmal system runs in the cloud on any modern internet-enabled device (e.g. iPad, Android tablet or desktop PC). For kitchen receipt printing, we offer interfaces to common receipt printers and POS systems. Contact us to check whether your existing hardware is compatible.
