Your guests order directly from you – without a delivery platform as an intermediary and without a sales commission. At the same time, you receive evaluations of orders, sales and guests, you can flexibly control opening and delivery times and present your menu clearly with allergens and labels. Unlike a pure menu list on a delivery platform, you design your offer under your own brand. If you don't have a website yet, your online shop can also serve as your own restaurant page that can be found by search engines.

No – we recommend using both in parallel. Lieferando, Wolt and Uber Eats can give you reach and new guests. In your own online shop, you can offer regular guests more attractive prices and your own offers, build direct relationships and reduce the proportion of orders subject to commission step by step. Many restaurants use platforms for new guests and their own shop for recurring orders with a higher margin.

Classic delivery platforms arrange orders and often charge a commission per order. With Bringmal you pay a fixed monthly price and run your own online shop. Your brand, your offers and the relationship with your guests stay with you.

No. Bringmal does not take care of delivery, but rather provides you with your own online shop. You decide whether you deliver yourself, offer collection only or accept QR code orders directly at the table. This way you can set up your own delivery business, organize take-away orders or relieve your service team in the restaurant.

For orders via your own online shop, you pay 0% revenue-based marketplace commission. Instead, there is a fixed monthly Bringmal fee. For online payments, transaction fees may be added depending on the payment provider.

You can accept delivery and collection orders through your Bringmal Online Shop. Depending on your setup, you can offer cash, Apple Pay, PayPal or card payments.

Yes. You can define your delivery areas using postal codes or radii and combine them with each other. For each delivery zone, you determine your own conditions such as minimum order value and delivery fee.

Yes. Your online shop works on smartphones, tablets and desktop devices. We adapt it to your logo, your colors and your brand presence - without visible Bringmal branding.

As a rule, your online shop will be ready for use within 48 hours as soon as we have your complete menu and all the necessary information and access. We take care of the technical setup, importing the menu and adapting it to your brand identity.

Yes. A direct Octobox integration is already prepared. We can integrate additional POS systems if a suitable interface is available. We will review in advance which functions are possible with your POS system.
