When you access the website, technically necessary data may be processed, particularly your IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, and status codes. Processing is required to provide the website securely, reliably and efficiently and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of our online service.
Log data is stored only for as long as required for operation, error analysis and defense against attacks. Where data is transferred to the USA, the provider uses the applicable contractual and statutory transfer mechanisms, particularly the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact us
If you contact us by email, phone or through a linked messaging service, we process your contact details and the content of your inquiry in order to respond. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry concerns pre-contractual steps or a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to business inquiries.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, the privacy terms of the service you choose also apply. Data is transferred to WhatsApp only when you open the relevant link. You can use email or phone for confidential content at any time.
4. Partner Enquiries and Email Delivery
In the partner form, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, website, partner type, region and message. Required fields are marked accordingly. Processing is carried out to handle your inquiry under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for a general business inquiry, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We use Resend, a service provided by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, for technical email delivery. Form data and technical delivery data may be processed. Where data is transferred to the USA, the provider relies particularly on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We delete request data when the request has been finally processed and there are no legal retention obligations or legitimate interests in further storage.
5. Appointment Booking with Cal.com
We embed Cal.com for appointment booking. The provider is Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. When the appointment module is loaded or used, your IP address, browser information and booking details may be processed. The integration makes it easy to arrange an initial consultation and is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and our legitimate interest in efficient scheduling under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
When transferring data to third countries, the guarantees used by the provider apply in accordance with Art. 44 ff. GDPR. If you do not want to use the embedded module, you can contact us by email or phone.
6. Payment details and GoCardless
We use GoCardless Ltd, Sutton Yard, 65 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7EN, United Kingdom, to collect payment details at the start of the trial period. GoCardless processes, in particular, details of the payer as well as payment, account and mandate data. Processing prepares for a possible paid continuation and is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
No payment is initiated during the free trial. You are charged only if you expressly choose to continue with the paid service and the applicable prices and terms have been agreed. 7. Local Storage Technologies
The website uses information stored locally in your browser to remember technically necessary interface states, such as whether a contact notice has been closed. This data is not used to create advertising profiles or for cross-site tracking. Storage is necessary for the function you use and takes place under Section 25(2) TDDDG; any subsequent processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
8. Recipients and storage period
Access is limited to people and service providers who require the data for the stated purposes, particularly hosting, email, appointment-booking and payment providers. Where required, they act under a data processing agreement. We store personal data only for as long as required by the relevant purpose, statutory retention periods, or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
9. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect. If processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for us is generally the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover.
